Morning Inspiration: Craft. Create. Feel Good.

I’ve been so wrapped up in kitchen renovation — that my creating things…photographs…crafts…quilting…has gone right down the terlet (like that potato I got stuck in it a couple months ago!).

But, I’m longing to get back into it again.  Who knew a lack of table and a lot of dust could be so limiting?  <sarcasm>

So, in anticipation - here’s a few things/sites that I think are really worth checking out.  Inspirational!

First up:  Spool knitting.

Now, here’s something I could do even with all the chaos — it’s small and portable.  I LOVE that.  Good tutorial at Craftypod with my favorite — LOTS of pictures!

Next up:  Baby shoes.

Now you understand I have no babies in my world (and want to keep it that way TVM <laughing&gt ;) but this tutorial is too cute.  Maybe someone else can use it…or be inspired by it.

Craftbits has a playing card purse tutorial.  I’ve seen these before — and I may have even linked to a similar tutorial before — but what got me with this one — was the OTHER cards they used as examples — the UNO purse.  Wouldn’t a tarot purse be cool?  Or a business card purse?  <laughing>

Finally, a site that is relatively new — but I love everything she’s done so far:  Craft Chi.  Look at all her tutorials — photographs, crafts, recycled stuff, jewelry — on and on.  Very cool.
